Rob Zandbergen

In 2015, Chandler Macleod became a part of Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd., the fourth-largest staffing firm in the world. Effective 1 January 2018, Rob Zandbergen was appointed Managing Corporate Executive Officer and Head of Global Staffing SBU for RGF Staffing. At this time, Rob also joined Chandler Macleod as Director and Chairman.

Since 1 July 2010 Rob Zandbergen has been CEO of USG People (a subsidiary of Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd), and has been active in the temporary employment sector since early 2003. In addition to his work at USG People, Rob is a member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Flower Group. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the School of Economics and Management (Tilburg University). Rob graduated from the Royal Netherlands Military Academy in Breda after which he studied business economics at the University of Amsterdam. Rob has held various national and international executive and supervisory positions at publicly listed companies. Rob Zandbergen holds Dutch nationality.

With a rich background spanning more than two decades in the Recruitment Industry and a deep understanding of Outsourcing Services, Annie has accumulated extensive expertise in implementing successful Operational Best Practices, devising Profit Improvement Strategies, conducting Staff Planning and restructuring initiatives, and establishing Rewarding Schemes. These endeavours have solidified the foundation necessary to support sustainable business expansion. More recently, Annie has spearheaded business transformations by leveraging automation technology to propel the business to more streamlined processes and efficiency.

Annie is passionate about fostering a happy and positive workplace culture, as well as community engagement and giving back. Recognizing the importance of employee well-being and ESG goals, Annie has implemented initiatives to promote work-life balance, employee satisfaction, professional growth and various volunteer opportunities. Creating an environment where individuals feel valued, motivated, and empowered has been a key focus of Annie's leadership approach.

An experienced, accomplished and energetic Finance Leader with extensive experience in Corporate finance, Group financial controlling, business analysis, performance management, financial and management reporting, process improvement and risk management gained over 15 years in large listed entities and Big 4 firms.

Sunthar is currently acting in the role of CFO for RGF Staffing APEJ while the process of finding a permanent CFO is under taken.
